Everyone knows that we are supposed to be supportive and caring to others, and to treat others as we would want to be treated. Do we, however, even treat ourselves the way we want to be treated? We feel good when we are good to others, but we often feel guilty when we treat ourselves with such care. Loving yourself isn’t wrong; in fact it is very healthy. Treat yourself with compassion and appreciation and become a best friend to yourself. You will find that the more love you build within yourself, the more you can project it out into the world. So be a good friend to yourself, it’s a win-win situation!
