1: Maintain a healthy weight

2: Keep sperm healthy
Don’t overlook sperm health, as you concern yourself with eggs and ovulation. In an attempt to keep sperm healthy, men are encouraged to maintain a healthy body weight, eat a healthy diet, prevent sexually transmitted diseases, manage stress, and exercise. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption, and environmental toxins. Keep the scrotum cool and wear loose-fitting underwear.
3: Prevent sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
