- Drink a full cup of palm oil each day.
- Consume two cups of rice bran oil daily.
- Eat 3.5 pounds of wheat germ daily.
That’s a lot of fiber! However, it’s not worth consuming that much and having to deal with the unpleasant side effects. Instead, you can get your daily amount of vitamin E through supplements. Cohen sells a supplement that is a complete vitamin E and is natural too, not synthetically made.
