*Due to increasing demand for clinical guidance between visits, we’re introducing optional memberships that give you access to our medical support team—including Bri—for messaging and quick support outside of scheduled appointments.
In the past, this access was available to all, but the volume of requests has made it difficult to give each patient the time they deserve. Memberships allow us to better serve those who benefit most from this kind of ongoing care, while protecting our team’s time to stay present and available during appointments.
For patients who choose to opt out of the monthly membership, you will no longer have access to portal messaging with the medical support staff within JaneApp. You will instead need to book appointments either with one of the providers or with the medical support staff and will be billed at their regular hourly rate. We know this will be a big change for some of our patients and we thank you for your understanding as we protect our team’s time and health as much as we support your own.
