We DO NOT accept insurance in our office. However, we will provide you with all the necessary codes and a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. The large majority of insurance companies do not reimburse for our care. We are considered out-of-network and encourage you to call your insurance company in advance of your visit to verify your benefits and determine what they will and will not cover. Depending on your policy, most of the conventional blood tests drawn in our office can be billed to insurance. Please note that you cannot submit forms for reimbursement for Medicaid or Medicare.
