Elise Sulser, ND
Dr. Elise Sulser is a Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for gastrointestinal, mental and women’s health. She works alongside you to restore equilibrium to body, mind, and spirit and believes that when these elements are balanced, one begins to feel what it truly means to be healthy: to have vitality in one’s life and to feel whole. Taking collaborative approach, she works together with her patients to co-create health, finding a unique set of solutions and strategies best for the individual patient. She uses a diverse set of tools including conventional lab testing, IV therapies, dietary and lifestyle changes, mind/body counseling, nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, and more. She brings a discerning eye to both conventional and alternative medicine, striving to work with you as a guide and partner on your path to wholeness. She aims to cultivate a culturally responsive and gender inclusive clinic experience for all of her patients.
With this framework in mind, she treats everything from women’s issues including PMS, menstrual issues, endometriosis, and PCOS to digestive issues such as Crohn’s and IBS, along with autoimmune disorders, skin problems, concussions, metabolic disorder and much more. She has a special interest in supporting her patients through the waves of life and has an integrative approach to treating anxiety, depression and ADHD.
Dr. Sulser graduated from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, formerly known as Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Tempe Arizona and is licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor in both Arizona and in Colorado. She is a member of the GastroANP as well as the COANP. Additionally, she holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Wyoming.
Dr. Sulser trained with the Upledger Institute to be able to offer Craniosacral Therapy; a light-touch modality that works on the fascial connections of the body to address adhesions after physical traumas or tensions accumulated from a lifetime of stress both structurally and in the nervous system.
When she is not in the clinic you can find her enjoying the mountains with her dog and friends, cross country skiing, mountain biking, enjoying concerts, creating art or in tea meditation practice.
