Elizabeth Yarnell, Director of the Fight MS with Food project, shares the story of a client who began to experience MS symptoms at 24 and was diagnosed with the disease at the age of 63. As the symptoms of fatigue, light-headedness, depression, balance, and coordination increased, the patient took the MRT blood test to examine her food sensitivities. She was found to have a personal reactivity to 150 foods and chemicals, and a urinalysis revealed incomplete digestion. Weeks after adjusting her diet, the symptoms began to abate, and after two years, the patient is free of MS symptoms.
